How much time does it take to process a return?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible. We undertake to process your return no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to cancel the order. We may, however, defer processing until we have received the goods from you or until you provide us with proof that the goods have been dispatched. The date of the earlier of these events will apply. Our team does everything possible to reduce the processing time of your returns.
