WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIME AND FEES?

We have tried to reduce delivery costs as much as possible, by negotiating preferential rates with La Poste (colissimo offer). We ensure deliveries within 6 to 8 working days.

In order to offer you the best possible shipping cost, we offer you three possible choices, with three rates (from the cheapest to the most expensive) :

  • Delivery Colissimo in relay point
  • Unsigned Colissimo.
  • Colissimo with signature

ARE YOU ALWAYS ON SCHEDULE FOR DELIVERY?

We do our utmost to meet the delivery times we give you. But it can happen that a parcel may be delayed for reasons beyond our control.

We disclaim all liability for excessive delivery times due to postal services.


HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK IN "RELAY POINT"?

This delivery option will be proposed to you during the validation of your basket. After selecting the delivery "Relay Point", a new window will appear allowing you to find your ideal relay point according to your geo-location: by confirming a city or a postal code, a list of relay points will be proposed to you. You can then view their location on the map, their address and their opening hours. You must enter your mobile phone number to be alerted as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. We assure you that your mobile phone number will only be used for this purpose and will not be shared with partners. Proof of identity and your order number will be required when picking up your purchase. You have 7 days to pick up your package, after this time it will be returned to us. Please note that the delivery in relay point will be made within 3 working days from Monday to Friday (except Sunday and public holidays).


WHAT DOES IT HAPPEN IF MY ORDER IS DELIVERED IN TWICE? MUST I PAY TWICE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

what happens if i'm not there at the time of delivery?

Don't worry. The person who delivers your order will leave you a calling card informing you that he or she has come to your home and no one is there. You will then be able to pick up your parcel at the nearest post office at a time that suits you best.


Can I GET FREE DELIVERY FOR MY ORDER?

We know that free deliveries are very much appreciated and we sometimes offer them as part of a promotion. But this is not a "given" for all our customers. We preferred to make the choice to offer everyone the choice of the cost of delivery.


WILL YOU REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGES I PAID IF I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you are within the European Union and cancel your order in full within fourteen days of receipt, we will refund the delivery charges you paid for it (if any), in accordance with distance selling regulations. On the other hand, the costs incurred to return your order to us are at your expense. We will not reimburse you for the delivery costs if you cancel your order after the 14-day period following receipt of the order granted by the Distance Selling Regulations or if you cancel only part of your order (but you still have three months to return your items to us and receive a refund of the price of those items).

COLICE NOT CLAIMED BY THE DESTINANT

When the order is sent, the customer is informed of the shipping date by e-mail. A Colissimo dispatch number is transmitted to him in order to follow the parcel's route. In case of absent recipient or unclaimed package, the Post Office keeps the package for 15 days. Beyond this period, the parcel is returned to the sender.

After delivery, EUL Basilica del Rosario declines all responsibility for any possible alteration of the products resulting from improper storage, inadequate or inappropriate use. No goods may be returned to the seller without his prior written consent. The return of goods will be made under the conditions detailed here.
