VALIDATION OF THE ORDER
The order validated by the customer will be effective only when the bank payment centre concerned has given its agreement. In case of refusal of the said centre, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be notified by e-mail.
LITIGATIONS
The goods travel at the risk of the recipient, who in case of dispute will make his case of all recourse against the carrier. The customer is obliged to check the condition of the goods upon delivery and to notify any reservations on the delivery note. Failing this, no complaint will be accepted after receipt of the goods.
