what methods of payment can i use?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You can also choose to pay with PayPal or with a bank transfer.
WE DO NOPT ACCEPT PAYMENT BY CHEQUE.
All cardholders are subject to checks by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise your payment, we cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery.
PRICE
All payments are made in Euros. If you use a card in another currency, the exchange rate and additional charges will be applied by your card issuer.
Estimated prices are for delivery in metropolitan France only.
WHEN WILL I BE DEBITTED FROM THE AMOUNT OF MY ORDER?
Whichever payment method you choose, we will debit your account upon receipt of payment confirmation from your bank. Only the amount of the available items is debited.
What will happen if I cancel my order?
- If you have not yet confirmed an order, you can remove items from your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Remove" button next to each product.
- If you have placed an order but would like to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible, as we ship orders quickly. We will do our best to make your changes, but we cannot guarantee anything, as the order may already have been processed. In this case, you may have to wait until you receive your order to follow the usual returns procedure (see returns).
- After receiving the request to cancel your order, any amount debited from your credit card will be re-credited to the same account within 14 days of the return of the order, as long as the items are in their original condition.
- If you are within the European Union and cancel your order in full within 14 days of receipt, we will refund the standard delivery charge you paid for it, in accordance with distance selling regulations. We will not refund the delivery charge if you cancel your order after the 14-day period after receipt of the order allowed by the Distance Selling Regulations or if you cancel only part of your order (but you still have three months to return your items to us and get a refund of the price of those items).
