Mary, Teacher of Life

One hundred and sixty years after the apparitions of the Blessed Virgin to Bernadette Soubirous, Lourdes continues to attract large crowds of people who flock to the famous grotto. Thus, without even knowing it, many put into practice some of Bernadette’s words: "Come in procession", "Drink and wash", "go and tell the priests". However, this book goes much further. In fact, not only does the author enumerate all the words known to Mary to Bernadette, but he also comments on them and meditates on them in the light of the Gospel, of Bernadette’s situation, of the common human experience, of Christian life in its personal and ecclesial dimension.
That is why, as Mons points out. Perrier in his preface: "the subtitle of the book could be: small treatise of spiritual theology, or Mary, Teacher of life, or Guide for a preached retreat of the Blessed Virgin"
