On their way from Galilee to Judea to be counted, Joseph and Mary arrive in Bethlehem. Now, the moment of childbirth is fulfilled for Mary. But there is no place for them in the common room. They find shelter in a stable where Jesus will be born.

Do not fear, for here I am announcing to you a good news, which will be a great joy for all the people: Today, in the city of David, you were born a Saviour who is Christ, the Lord.

And this is the sign given to you: you will find a newborn wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger.” Luc2.8-16

Like the shepherds, let us follow the angels and walk to meet Jesus throughout this Advent season. Every day let’s open a window and get closer to the joy of Christmas.
